In this tutorial we have examined several different methods of validating forms. While there are many types of data we did not demonstrate the validation of, the principles learned in this tutorial should place you on the path to creating your own.
It was mentioned earlier, but it is worth talking about again. Validation of data is a necessity! If you want to be able to do anything meaningful with data collected via forms, you must ensure that it is in a proper form. Failure to do so will break any otherwise perfectly coded application.
