So, you’ve found some Firefox plugins you like. After you use the button to download any and every add-on that interests you, you’ll probably want to start using your new devices, right? In most cases, you’ll need to completely close your browser before you can start making use of your new downloads. Simply close and re-start your browser, and you’re ready to start using all your new programs.
First, access the Add-ons option from the Tools menu. You’ll find this at the top of your browser window. Once you select this option, you’ll be taken to a list of all the available plugins you downloaded for Firefox.
Many of these additions will begin working on their own, but some may need to be manually turned on. To do this, simply click the “Enable” option next to the title of the plugin you want to use. When you want to turn one of these add-ons off, simply selection the “Disable” button. Often, you will again have to re-start your browser in order for these changes to register.
So, why aren’t you using more Firefox plugins to customize your Internet-using, Web-browsing experience? You can turn them off and on at will, enjoy all the different features they’ve got to offer and find many new ways to enjoy surfing online. These add-ons exist to make your online experience that much better, so why shouldn’t you start using them to increase your enjoyment and ease of Internet use?
