This neat PHP code will generate a Pop-Up window on the fly! Fill out the specifications of the popup window you would like to use, including the URL and the various options such as menubars, toolbars, scrollbars, etc, and click the button.
Extract both PHP files into same directory.
Run the index.php to fill out the options of pop up window.
