PACT (PHP Advanced Cookie Tools) is a small and simple collection of PHP pages to help developers understand and troubleshoot the usage of cookies in their web applications. It allows users to create, view and delete cookies manually (through forms) and also provides facilities for precise manipulation of all cookie parameters.

Please note that this is developer tool. It doesn't check for invalid input which means that a malicious user could perform unwanted actions should he get access to it. Make sure that this tool is only accessible by trusted and knowledgeable developers.
