Allow users to manipulate files in and under their base directory. If directory named bin exists, it is excluded from the listing, so you can store sensitive scripts and stuf that you don't want the user to see. Uses security.php by Hermawan Haryanto to establish authenticated username which is then used to determine path to user's base directory. This example is valid for username= 'user1' password='pass1'.
