Siteseed is a PHP/MySQL based CMS system, for unix like operating systems, capable of handling huge loads.
Unlike most CMS systems siteseed is built for speed and easy of use by the editorial staff. Used by some 2/3 of the Portuguese national TV networks.
Siteseed does have a learning curve but it's worth it.
